The office of the President-elect released Barack Obama’s official presidential portrait Wednesday morning and the photo makes history as the first presidential portrait shot with a digital camera. Not just any old point-and-shoot digi, photographer Pete Souza used Canon’s fancy new EOS 5D Mark II.Interestingly, Obama didn’t flash his beaming, trademark smile for the shot and the last prez to opt for a toothless smile was Nixon.
